A few of the things I have been doing recently, including shows, exhibitions, and latest work
On Saturday, 26th October I travelled to the marvellous Suffolk Wildlife Trust HQ at Carlton Marsh and donated my painting, Lightning Trees, in a small ceremony.
I exhibited my work with other artists in the Look, Explore, Create event from 5th October to 2nd November at Peterborough Museum

My collage Just Been Gardening is on display at Wisbech Gallery in an Open Exhibition. The Gallery is at 10, South Brink, Wisbech, PE13 1QJ. The exhibition is open from Wednesday to Saturday every week and runs from 25th September to 2nd November 2024.
My oil painting techniques are coming along nicely and I'm practicing furiously! Pleased to report my happy little squirrel has now been sold!
I've been working painting scenes on the bamboo tubes that come with loo rolls! These little art works are for sale at reasonable prices - see here. If there's something you'd like me to paint in this format for you, just let me know.
Since I enjoy working from my own photographs, I've been taking out and about taking a lot of photos for potential new art works. Especially trees!
I donated some postcard-sized pictures in support of Wisbech & Fenland Museum (well worth a visit!) for their 'Secret Little Art' show. UPDATE: Remaining postcards are now for sale in the Museum shop. All proceeds go to support this marvellous museum, which is run by volunteers.
